2023
Growing Across the Metro
Word spread fast. New locations opened across the Twin Cities metro — Minnetonka, Minneapolis (Nicollet Ave), Circle Pines, and Excelsior. Each location followed the same unbreakable standard: tortillas pressed fresh every morning, proteins cooked to order, generous portions that truly satisfy. The Brito's Burrito mobile app launched, bringing online ordering and loyalty rewards to all locations.
2025
Monticello & St. Cloud Join the Family
Brito's expanded beyond the metro, bringing the same fresh-tortilla experience to outstate Minnesota. Monticello and St. Cloud became part of the family, proving that real Mexican food made with care could thrive anywhere in Minnesota. By this point, Brito's Burrito had become one of the fastest-growing Mexican restaurant brands in the state.
Roseville Opens + First International Location in Ecuador 🌎
2026 marks Brito's biggest milestone. Roseville opened as our 8th Minnesota location at 1757 Lexington Ave N, bringing the same fresh-tortilla experience to the north metro. And for the first time, Brito's Burrito crossed borders — our first international restaurant opened in Quito, Ecuador at CC El Bosque. The same hand-pressed tortillas. The same real flavor. A new country.
